Appointment

The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. We offer three convenient ways to schedule. 

What can I expect at my first appointment? 

New Patients that would like to establish care with Ark Valley Dental will receive the following at their first appointment: 

• Comprehensive exam
• Full set of x-rays
• Cleaning

*Please note if you have x-rays from another office, please request these records and have them sent to our office prior to your appointment with Ark Valley Dental.

** Cleaning will only be provided at this visit if you are eligible. The dentist and hygienist will determine what cleaning is appropriate for you. If you require more involved periodontal care or "deep cleaning", you may need to have your cleaning scheduled for a future date. 

New Patients experiencing a dental emergency will receive the following: 

• Limited/focused exam
• X-rays 

*Same day treatment is not guaranteed, every effort will be made to provide our patients with the appropriate treatment and care. 

Patient Forms

If you are a new patient to our office, please visit our patient forms page to complete our new patient forms online. The new patient forms should be filled out prior to arriving at our office. Thank you and please contact our office if you have any questions at all. 

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, most major credit cards and Care Credit. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office If your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.

Dental Insurance

Ark Valley Dental is NOT a MEDICAID PROVIDER.

Ark Valley Dental is not an “in-network” provider with any dental insurance company. Regardless of insurance carrier you may receive dental care by Ark Valley Dental as an “out-of network” benefit. You may be reimbursed by your dental insurance carrier at a lower reimbursement rate than if you were to receive care by an “in-network” provider. It is important to understand that the insurance contract is between the insurance company and you, the insured. Our office will gladly submit your insurance claim to your insurance carrier, as a courtesy to you. You are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
